Your trillian skin is awesome, but how do you load it?

My problem was not resolved in the Help forum, nor has it been. The answer I received was not appropriate to my problem and before I could let the person know the thread was locked by a moderator that did not bother to check.

I did not get my answer. And like I said, I looked through the FAQ before asking.

ok... lemme explain to you what i said. IF your question isn't answered int he FAQ but it is soon answered in the Help Forum.. there's no need for it anymore so it gets closed! It's not unfair.. so get over it.

I don't know why your other one was closed so I dunno what went wrong there.. but don't fret over your other one if you got your answer... and it you didn't try searching the FAQ. Like use the search button in the FAQ don't just like go around on your own.
